Watson Petroleum has completed the acquisition of Keltic Fuel Oils, a ConocoPhillips distributor based in Launceston, Cornwall. Keltic Fuel Oils will continue as a ConocoPhillips distributor and supplies home heating oil and boiler servicing along with commmercial fuels.
